This garage was converted to add a new large kitchen, with a vaulted ceiling, underfloor heating and large upvc doors that open out onto the garden. The external walls were fitted with hardie plank cement boards which give the extension a clean, modern, sleek finish with little maintenance.

This existing garage was being used for storage. We have converted this space into a bedroom for the clients daughter and partner to use. All of the works were inspected and passed by building control.
